By using Safe? App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Safety Notice
Safe? App is a check-in and notification tool. It is not an emergency service, medical device, security company, or substitute for calling emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your contact information accurate.
- Tell your emergency contacts that they may receive alerts from Safe? App.
- Do not misuse SOS alerts or send false emergency messages.
- Keep your device, app permissions, and notifications configured correctly.
Availability
Safe? App depends on device settings, internet access, app permissions, third-party services, and email or push delivery systems. We cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered instantly or successfully.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If paid features are offered, purchases and renewals are handled through the applicable app store or payment provider. Store policies may apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Safe? App is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed alerts, delayed notifications, incorrect contact details, network failures, or decisions made by users or emergency contacts.
